• Bachelor's/ Master's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP}, validation principles, audit techniques, and working knowledge of statistics
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• To prepare the Quality Risk Assessment (QRM) and track the implementation of mitigation actions
• Initiate, implement and close the change controls from Manufacturing
• Implementation of Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Preparation & submission of internal audit, corporate audit & Regulatory Inspection observation responses
• Interact with the investigators for the CAPA plan.
• Excellent writing skills to perform the investigations at shop floor
• Effective tracking and monitoring of all the actions associated with the Manufacturing
• Good knowledge of AMPS, PDOCS and QTS systems.
