About the role
The Accounting Assistant will register all the accounting transactions. Responsible for reconciling bank accounts. Ensure payments to suppliers are done considering all supporting documents. Archive all documents for intern control.
Responsibilities
• Receive and register all accounting transactions according to the approved GL accounts,
• Reconcile bank accounts,
• Process payments to supplier ensuring all supporting documents are in place,
• Archive all documents in both digital and physical forms,
• Analyze all accounts in a monthly basis,
• Help in other office administrative tasks.
Requirements
Must have
• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting,
• Minimum 1 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant,
• Knowledge of NICs and NIIF, PCGE,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel - intermediate level,
• Intermediate level of English, oral and written
Skills
• Fast learner and good attention to detail,
• Assertive communication in all organization levels,
• Capable of understanding and adapt to different accounting/ERP software\'s,
• Proactive, self-motivated and with initiative,
• Good time management
• Commitment and punctuality.
