Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Junior Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support high-volume hiring for hospitality roles across the United States. This role is essential in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for urgent staffing needs in hotels and hospitality operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where urgency, communication, and multitasking are key. Confidence in conducting outbound calls and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously is critical.
Responsibilities
Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for hospitality positions (housekeeping, F&B staff, cooks, servers, etc.).
Conduct outbound calls and candidate screenings via phone and video.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and creative channels.
Assess candidates’ experience, availability, and suitability for client requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
Coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring workflows.
Partner with operations teams to meet urgent staffing demands.
Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting KPIs and deadlines.
Proactively improve sourcing strategies when pipelines are low.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
Skills & Qualifications
1–2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer-facing/call-center roles.
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience in high-volume recruiting environments (preferred but not required).
Comfortable in a phone-heavy role with frequent outbound calls.
Ability to work remotely while aligning with U.S. schedules.
Familiarity with ATS systems (UKG, Paycom, or similar is a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
