Join Our Team! Exchange Program Advisor – Stratous
At Stratous, we bridge the gap between talent and global opportunities. We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and business-oriented Exchange Program Advisor (J-1) to strengthen our network of employers in the United States and drive our participant placement operations from our San Isidro office.

Key Responsibilities:
Active Prospecting: Identify, cold-call, and reach out to new employers across the U.S. market (Hospitality, Luxury Resorts, Amusement Parks, and Restaurants).

Candidate Pre-Screening & English Testing: Conduct initial interviews and evaluate the English proficiency levels of applicants to ensure they meet program standards.

Job Offer Management: Coordinate interviews between participants and U.S. employers, review employment contracts, and ensure strict compliance with sponsor regulations.

Employer Report Writing: Draft clear, professional English reports and profile reviews to pitch our top candidates to international host companies.

Data & Spreadsheet Organization: Maintain meticulous records of participant statuses, employer leads, and job placements using internal databases and spreadsheets.

What We Are Looking For:
Advanced English Proficiency (C1/Near-native): Flawless verbal and written communication is mandatory for daily phone negotiations with U.S.-based managers and drafting executive reviews.

Sales & Results-Oriented Mindset: A proactive \'hunter\' personality who thrives under goals and manages multiple placement processes with speed and precision.

Sharp Organizational Skills: High attention to detail with proven experience handling spreadsheets and tracking complex operational data.

Previous experience in J-1 programs (Work & Travel/Internship), international recruitment, or bilinguial customer/sales support is a significant plus.

Location & Schedule:
Location: San Isidro, Lima.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
